The Sebastian River Middle School Choral Program is rapidly growing and offering more outstanding performance opportunities for students. The premier ensemble of the SRMS Choral Program is the 30 member SRMS Madrigal Singers.
The Choir is scheduled to make their Dollywood Debut in April 2020. However, in order to make this happen, they need our community’s help. They are seeking Tour Sponsors to help make this trip a feasible reality for each of the students.
The cost of previous tours has ranged from $15,000 – $25,000 and the Choir’s Dollywood Tour will approach $35,000 for lodging, transportation, the event and registration costs.
Community Sponsorships will help assist in lowering the cost of the trip for each of the participating students, helping ensure the viability of this endeavor.
The Choir certainly appreciates your consideration and willingness to help spread the word of the great work these young students do. They accomplish so much, and with the involvement of the community, the sky is the limit for their future possibilities.

- Full page advertisement in all concert programs (Fall, Winter, Spring) for the school year including the Madrigal Dinner Program

$2,000 Diamond Sponsor
- 1/2 page advertisement in all concert programs (Fall, Winter, Spring) for the school year, including the Madrigal Dinner Program

- A table in the lobby of concerts, set up with a logo of sponsor business
$1,000 Platinum Sponsor
- 1/4 page advertisement in all concert programs (Fall, Winter, Spring) for the school year, including the Madrigal Dinner Program
- Mentions at all concerts for the school year

$500 Gold Sponsor
- Business card size advertisement in all concert programs (Fall, Winter, Spring) for the school year, including the Madrigal Dinner Program
