Officer Gene Carroll reached his 15th Year of Service Milestone with Sebastian PD on September 6th, 2020. Carroll was recognized for his dependability, expertise, and his dedication to the Sebastian Police Department.
Officer Carrol came to the Sebastian Police Department after having a full career as an officer in another state.
