Sebastian Area Historical Society Presents “Early Policing in Sebastian”

The Sebastian Area Historical Society is proud to present “Early Policing in Sebastian,” presented by Capt. Tim Wood of the Sebastian Police Department.

The presentation will be held at the North Indian River County Library on Wednesday, January 18th, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. The library is located at 1001 Sebastian Blvd. (CR 512) at Roseland Road in Sebastian.

Admission is free (donations gratefully accepted), and the event is open to the public. The event is not sponsored by the North Indian River County Library.

Capt. Wood will discuss the history of Sebastian police and what policing tools worked best in the town. For questions, please call 772 581-1380.
