SEBASTIAN — Registration is open for the inaugural Sunset on the Fairway 5K, a family-friendly race set for August 28, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at Sebastian Municipal Golf Course, located at 100 Brushfoot Drive in Sebastian.
The event aims to raise money for local youth fitness initiatives and scholarships so more students can access fitness and wellness programs through Treasure Coast Fitness and Nutrition.
Packet pickup is available on Aug. 27, 2026, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Treasure Coast Fitness and Nutrition, 155 Sebastian Blvd., Suite 103, or on race day at the golf course from 5 to 6 p.m.
Entry costs $35 now through Aug. 27 and $40 on race day. All participants get professional chip timing and free downloadable finisher photos.
Awards will go to the overall fastest male and female finishers, plus the top male and female in age groups: 13 and under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and older. A prize will also be awarded to the largest team.
The Sponsors include the City of Sebastian Parks and Recreation Department and Treasure Coast Fitness & Nutrition.
