The Florida Department of Health in Indian River County (DOH-Indian River) is responding to COVID-19.

“In an effort to keep Indian River County residents and visitors safe, the Florida Department of Health in Indian River County is urging people to stay home and avoid non-essential trips to prevent the further spread of COVID-19,” a spokesperson told Sebastian Daily.

There are 8 cases confirmed in Indian River County.

All beaches in Indian River County are now closed as of tonight.
