Older children in needy families are sometimes overlooked during the holiday season, as most charities are more concerned with the little ones.

So, this year Mc Donald’s in Roseland has chosen to put a spotlight on teenagers from the Sebastian River High School in need.

“Please take a tag for a struggling child who might not have a Christmas this year,” a sign at the Roseland Mc Donald’s stated.

When you enter the fast-food restaurant, you will see a Christmas Tree. Pick one or more tag off of the tree, purchase the item you chose and then return it to the restaurant.

If you are able to help with this worthy cause, please visit McDonald’s located at 13395 US Hwy 1 in the Riverwalk Shopping Center.

Gifts must be returned to the restaurant before the close of business on December 18, 2019.
