Pareidolia Brewing Company’s Annual Running of the Wieners will be Saturday, October 15, 2022, from 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm at the brewery, with all proceeds going to HALO No-Kill Rescue Shelter in Sebastian, Florida
You are missing out if you’ve never attended one of Pareidolia Brewing Company’s Running of the Wieners events. It’s such a fun event, and it’s for a great cause.
There will be Dachshund races and open-class races. That’s right; you do not have to have a Dachshund to compete. All dog breeds are welcome to compete. Prizes will be awarded.
“Running of the Wieners has been a successful, family-friendly event that helps raise money and awareness of the important work HALO does for our community,” Pete Anderson: Co-Owner of Pareidolia Brewing Company, told Sebastian Daily.

The talented local band “Group Therapy” will perform, and the Smoked on the Water food truck will serve grinders, burgers, chicken, and hotdogs. Smoked on the Water is doing a soft relaunch where all profits are going towards the fight against Multiple Sclerosis. And, of course, Pareidolia Brewing Company will serve their regular delicious menu items.
Make sure you bring cash, as HALO No-Kill Shelter will have many chances to win great raffle prizes. In addition, they will be bringing a couple of adorable adoptable dogs.
The cost to register your dog is $25 per entry. Register your dog today; email pareidoliabrewing@gmail.com leave your name and your dog’s name, then pay at the event or register at the event.
