SEBASTIAN – There’s a growing number of businesses going up for sale since we reported Strike Zone for Sale last month.

Cafe in Paradise is up for sale at the asking price of $199,000. They claim to have gross revenue of $387,923. The cafe used to be the popular J. P. Matty’s until it was purchased a few years ago.

The place has been around since 2007. It’s located at 250 Sebastian Blvd in Sebastian.

“Motivated seller! Great opportunity! Well Established Restaurant Currently open for Breakfast & Lunch. Lots of parking. Could double profits by doing Dinner and Opening 7 days! All reasonable offers in writing will be considered,” the listing says.
