Tropics to bring rain later this week to Sebastian, Florida.

First and foremost, there are no threats of a hurricane or a tropical storm for Sebastian at this time. There are three systems in the Atlantic, one being Dorian that is moving out to sea.

The peak for hurricane season is tomorrow, September 10, 2019.

We’ve been tracking two tropical disturbances in the Atlantic for a few days now. The one heading towards the Caribbean Sea is expected to dissipate, and the other one near the Bahamas will only be a rainmaker for our area by Friday.

There are no other disturbances in the Atlantic at this time.

The weather this week is going to be hot. The highs will be around 90 degrees, and overnight lows will be near 76.

The rain chance for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday increases as the tropical disturbance moves closer to Sebastian. It is expected to move northwest and cross Florida into the Gulf of Mexico.
