The National Weather Service has issued a significant weather advisory for our area, which includes Sebastian, Grant, Barefoot Bay, Micco, Wabasso, and Vero Beach.
There are strong thunderstorms moving eastward into Brevard and Indian River County.
“Expect briefly gusty winds to 40 mph, some heavy rain and occasional lightning,” the National Weather Service said.
Boaters should move inland now and take cover.
The storms should arrive by 3:30 p.m.
