Today’s high is expected to be 78 degrees, and an overnight low of 65 in Sebastian, Florida.
The chance of rain increases to 60 percent, with new rainfall amounts ranging from a tenth to a quarter of an inch, although thunderstorms may bring higher amounts. Winds today will be around 10 mph from the south, shifting to the southwest by tonight.
Wednesday is predicted to be the week’s coldest day, with north winds at 15 mph and gusts up to 20 mph.

“Today’s weather setup will be complicated and messy as the aforementioned warm front very slowly drifts northward. This boundary will be the focus for the heaviest rainfall today and the possibility of stronger convection,” the National Weather Service said in a statement.
For boaters, sea conditions include 3 to 4 feet waves, occasionally reaching 5 feet. Southeast winds at 15 knots will shift to the southwest later today, and small craft are advised to exercise caution.
