We still got some rain in the forecast in Sebastian, but the rain chance is slowly decreasing. We have been missing the sunshine, but that may be changing shortly.
I wish we could tell you that there’s a zero chance of rain this weekend. However, that’s not happening. It’s going to rain, but nothing like it’s been during the past ten days.
The biggest problem right now is the heat index will be climbing to 105 on Thursday and Friday. So, please drink plenty of fluids and wear sunscreen if you’re planning on being outdoors.
It’s warmer than usual because the winds are out of the south and southwest.
Thunderstorms will arrive again after 3:00 p.m. on Thursday and continue until this evening. The low will be 75.
Friday will have a high near 95 degrees, the low near 74 with a slim rain chance through the evening.
Saturday we’ll have scattered thunderstorms in the afternoon, decreasing at night. The high will be 93, the low near 74 degrees.
Scattered thunderstorms are expected for Sunday, deceasing in the evening. The high will be 90 degrees, low near 77.
As of right now, the rain chance increases again on Monday, but we’ll have another forecast published by Sunday.
