The PAC trying to recall Damien Gilliams, Pamela Parris, and Charles Mauti will make an announcement tonight during the City Council meeting. Insiders say they will be bringing all the signed petitions to recall the three council members. Mauti was the only one charged so far for the April 22nd meeting that broke Sunshine Law. Mauti was charged last week with Public Order Crimes. We’re being told that Charles Mauti, Damien Gilliams, and Pamela Parris broke the most Sunshine Laws in the State’s history.

The recall group rented Riverview Park from last Wednesday through Sunday and received thousands of signed petitions.

There is still a criminal investigation into all 3 council members, including Damien Gilliam and Pamela Parris. At the same time, all 3 are being sued by attorneys who are defending the Sunshine Law.
