Sebastian News: Damien Gilliams and Pam Parris Charged, Man Arrested in Shooting, COVID-19

The State Attorney’s Office has charged Sebastian Council members Damien Gilliams and Pamela Parris for Sunshine Law violations and perjury.

Gilliams was charged with 3 counts of breaking Sunshine Laws, and 1 count of perjury.

A 19-year-old male was arrested was in Fellsmere in connection to Sunday’s shooting on CR-512 (Sebastian Blvd).

A Speedway worker in Sebastian was arrested on a charge of grand theft after stealing nearly $1,900 in lottery tickets.
