On Friday, Sebastian City Manager Paul Carlisle testified in the criminal trial of former City Council members Damien Gilliams and Pamela Parris.
The prosecution asked Carlisle why he canceled the regularly scheduled meeting on April 22, 2020.
The defense will begin questioning Carlisle on Monday, May 24, 2020. We will provide that video coverage when it’s ready.
