Judge Warns Damien Gilliams “You’re Walking a Fine Line” in Latest Hearing

Indian River County Judge Robert Meadows ruled that Damien Gilliams, owner of the No Name Bar in Sebastian, did not violate a no-contact ruling. However, the judge warned that Gilliams is “walking a fine line.”
