Important Update on Coronavirus in Sebastian, FL

This is an update on the Coronavirus in Sebastian, Florida.

As of today, There are no reports or confirmed cases of coronavirus in Sebastian, Indian River County or Brevard County. There have been tests conducted on individuals who meet certain criteria.

In Florida, there are over 150 cases, and 5 deaths.

According to CDC, about 175,000 cases of coronavirus in the world. About 78,000 have recovered. There have been 6,700 deaths worldwide.

The CDC is recommending gatherings of more than 50 people to be cancelled or postpone for the next 8 weeks.

Florida may join other states to conduct a mandatory shutdown of all restaurants, bars, gyms, and other businesses. However, restaurants may be able to offer takeout service for those who want to pickup food.
