Ann Elizabeth Bishop Lucier, 72, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, July 26, 2025, with her husband and son by her side after a courageous battle with cancer.
Ann was born on March 8, 1953, in Brockton, Massachusetts, to William and Kathleen Bishop. Ann lived a life filled with kindness, strength, and devotion to her family, friends, and community. She was a devoted wife, mother, mimi, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend.
Ann grew up in Brockton and graduated from Brockton High School in 1971. She pursued a liberal arts education at Massasoit Community College and later worked as an office manager at Hub Pen, where her organizational skills and dedication made an impact.
Ann’s passions included cruising, sewing, Zumba, and relaxing at the beach with her husband. She loved spending time with friends and was known for her ability to make everyone feel welcome, never meeting a stranger.
A committed volunteer, Ann served on the City of Sebastian’s Natural Resource Board, the Italian American Club, and other charitable organizations.
Her generosity and vibrant spirit touched the lives of countless people. Her legacy of love, service, and compassion will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
She is survived by her high school sweetheart and husband of 38 years, Stephen Lucier, and their sons: Sean Kelliher, Scott Kelliher, Mark Lucier (wife Kimber), Stephen Lucier Jr. (wife Amanda Marie), and Jason Lucier (wife Becky). Ann cherished her grandchildren—Tatum, Jack, Cooper, Jacob, Lily, and Liliana—who brought her immense joy.
Celebration of Life
The Celebration of Life for Ann will be held on Saturday, August 30, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Pareidolia Brewing Company, located at 712 Cleveland Street in Sebastian.
