The Blue Water Open, a yearly fishing competition in Sebastian, is organized by the Sebastian Exchange Club. This year, the tournament celebrates its 29th anniversary. The competition is scheduled for Saturday, June 3, 2023, at Capt Hirams Resort.
Participants can start fishing from 6:00 am, and the weighing period is set from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. On the previous day, June 2, 2023, there will be a meeting for the captains from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, which will also take place at Capt Hirams.
We are calling all boat captains to gather their teams and enter to compete for cash and prizes. Why not spend a great day on the water, and a fun evening ashore, all while helping raise money for a great cause?

Boat Captain Registration
The entry fee is $250 per boat, and an optional entry fee for the Big Fish Bonanza, of $100 per boat. Boat Captains must be at Capt. Hirams on Friday, June 2, 2023, between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm to confirm registration, pay, and receive Captain’s Bucket. The Captain’s Meeting will be at 6:00 pm.

The total value is $5,000, or you can receive a cash value of $3,500. The drawing for this vacation will be Saturday, June 3, 2023, at Capt Hirams Resort at 6:00 pm.
