VERO BEACH — Treasure Coast Community Health has opened a new health center on the city’s west side, expanding access to medical, dental and other services for families and seniors in Indian River County.
The West Health Center, at 8505 20th St., began accepting patients this month, officials said. It offers family medicine, pediatrics, dental care and mental health services, along with on-site lab work, EKGs and X-rays. A pharmacy is slated to open there in early 2026.
“Our goal has always been to make healthcare easy for families and seniors,” Vicki Soulé, the nonprofit’s CEO, said in a statement. “Our new West Health Center was built with convenience and high quality in mind, so patients can receive the care they need without unnecessary delays or extra steps.”
Soulé added that a new telephone call center has been set up to cut wait times for appointments and questions.
The facility includes separate waiting areas for adults and children, aiming to create a more comfortable environment. It also provides affordable prescriptions for TCCH patients and manages chronic conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure, with a focus on preventive care.
Patients can access their health records through the MyChart mobile app. TCCH accepts Medicare, Medicaid and other insurance, and offers a sliding fee scale based on income and family size.
“Our patients are working, parenting, and planning — often all at once,” Soulé said. “At TCCH, we take care of your health so you can focus on what matters most in your life.”
The center is part of TCCH’s network of eight locations across the Treasure Coast, serving pediatric to senior patients with a range of integrated services. For appointments or more information, call 772-257-8224 or visit tcchinc.org.
