SEBASTIAN — Actor and comedian Peter Dante will team up with rock singer Scotty Austin for a unique show on Sunday, April 12, 2026, at 2:00 pm at Capt. Hiram’s Resort Sandbar. The free performance promises rock music, laughs, and plenty of waterfront fun.
Dante is well known for his funny roles in Adam Sandler movies. He has appeared in films such as “Grandma’s Boy,” “The Waterboy,” “Big Daddy,” “Mr. Deeds,” “50 First Dates” and “The Wedding Singer.”
Since 2011, when he released his debut album “Peace, Love, and Freedom,” Dante has put more focus on music. He writes and sings his own songs that mix rock, reggae and feel-good vibes. Fans can check out tracks like “All We Need Is Love,” “You and Me,” “Dimes Nickels and Pennies,” “Night Vibes,” and the 2025 single “Live Laugh Love” with Scotty Austin.
Austin brings serious rock power to the stage. He is the former frontman of the multi-platinum band Saving Abel. He has played more than 2,000 shows across five continents and once led NASCAR’s Rolling Thunder band. His explosive energy makes every show a must-see.
