SEBASTIAN — Grateful Dead fans will be descending on Pareidolia Brewing Company (PBC) next weekend for its yearly bash celebrating the band’s psychedelic legacy, complete with tribute bands, craft beer, friendly people, and more.
Deadfest 2026 will be on Saturday, January 24, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at 712 Cleveland Street in Sebastian. It’s a fun tribute to the legendary rock band’s die-hard fans, the Deadheads.

Mondo Tikis (Opener)
Mondo Tikis is a Central Florida band known for their energetic performances of 60s and 70s rock ‘n’ roll and psychedelic music, and for being a dedicated Grateful Dead tribute act. They describe themselves as “a Florida band beyond description” and “Super Party Music for Super Party People,” appealing to Deadheads, Dylan fans, and general music enthusiasts.
The band focuses on crafting lively, party-like atmospheres with covers of Grateful Dead classics like “Big River,” “Shakedown Street,” and “Mr. Charlie,” as well as other era-appropriate tunes. They perform regularly at Squid Lips River Deck and Pareidolia Brewing Company in Sebastian.
Stella Blue (Headliner)
Stella Blue pays homage to the Grateful Dead by capturing their signature vibe, blending classic rock with kindred styles. They deliver true-to-form covers that pull in Deadheads and folks into that vintage psychedelic scene.
