VERO BEACH — Police in Vero Beach are seeking the public’s help to identify two men caught on surveillance footage installing a skimming device on an ATM at a local bank.
Police said the incident occurred around 10 p.m. Wednesday at the TD Bank branch located at 4100 20th Street. The video showed the suspects placing the device in the cash-dispensing area. Authorities said no information on a suspect vehicle was available.
The first suspect is a white male in his mid-30s, about 5 feet 9 inches tall with a slim build with dark hair and facial hair. He was last seen wearing a light-colored jacket and dark pants, and was carrying a small shoulder bag.
The second suspect is a white male in his late 30s, about 5 feet 9 inches tall, and of a heavy build, with red facial hair and a tattoo on his right forearm. He was seen wearing a white T-shirt, a tan gilet vest, and a light-colored hat.
