WABASSO — An adult male was found suffering from several gunshot wounds and pronounced dead a short time later after a shooting in the Wabasso area, authorities said.
The Indian River County Sheriff’s Office responded to the incident occurred at 5:29 a.m. in the area of 8500 64th Avenue. Deputies located the victim at the scene.
The name of the deceased male is not being released at this time. This remains an active criminal investigation.
