VERO BEACH – On April 28th, a $17.9 million oceanfront estate located within the coveted Estates Section of Vero Beach will sell at auction through Concierge Auctions, the global leader in luxury real estate auctions.
The upcoming auction follows the company’s recent successful sales in the area, having just sold a 13,514-square-foot oceanfront estate located at 10 Ocean Lane and its neighboring developable lot via a live auction held on March 23rd. The successful auction marked both the sixth and seventh sales in Vero Beach for Concierge Auctions partnering with Clark French and Cindy O’Dare of Premier Estate Properties.
The property for the upcoming auction, 2470 South A1A, is an incredible 15,040-square-foot Bahamian-inspired paradise perched atop over 155 feet of private beach with expansive ocean views, located just minutes from downtown Vero Beach.
The three-level main residence boasts six bedrooms, eight-and-a-half bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, a foyer defined by two grand staircases, limestone floor and coral-stone walls. The grand living room features a two-story window wall, quartz fireplace and French doors that open to the pool. The home also comes equipped with a library, theater room, exercise room, meditation garden, infinity pool and spa, wrap-around loggia built of genuine coral stone, open-air kitchen and private boardwalk.
Additionally, the property features a private two-bedroom guest house, which is connected to the main residence by a breezeway along the meditation garden and includes a family room, gourmet kitchen and laundry room.
The estate will sell without reserve in cooperation with Clark French and Cindy O’Dare of Premier Estate Properties, marking their eighth collaboration with Concierge Auctions, on April 28th at 5 p.m. EDT via a live auction to be held at the property.
