The Indian River County Sheriff’s Office needs your help locating a missing Vero Beach man with Dementia and Stage 4 Liver Disease.
Michael Riley, 70, was last seen on Friday November 29, 2019 at 1 a.m. in the 1100 block of 9th Square, in Vero Beach.
Mr. Riley is 5’09” / 160 lbs, Bald with Brown eyes and freckles. They are not sure what he was wearing. However, it is suspected that he may have on a navy blue ball cap with “Cayman Islands” on it.
