VERO BEACH — The Source, a nonprofit dedicated to serving the most vulnerable in Indian River County, invites the community to its annual “Hidden Faces,” a behind-the-scenes event, on Thursday, Oct. 16, from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at The Richardson Center, Indian River State College, 6155 College Lane, Vero Beach.
This popular event, which often sells out, offers an evening of inspiration, fine dining, and music while highlighting the organization’s work with the homeless.
“Hidden Faces” will feature a compelling program with video presentations and in-person testimonials showcasing the human side of homelessness. Attendees will hear success stories from individuals who, through The Source’s programs, have secured employment, housing, family reunification, or reinstated driver’s licenses, regaining pride and dignity.
The event will also reflect on The Source’s 30 years of service and its ongoing efforts to address homelessness in the community.
Guests will enjoy award-winning cuisine prepared by The Source’s Dignity Catering and served by students of the Dining with Dignity Culinary Training Program, along with a cash bar. Attendees can register for prize drawings and will receive a parting gift.
Tickets are $20 per person and can be purchased online at https://buytickets.at/thesource/1793352 or by contacting Jonathan Orozco, Director of Development, at (386) 290-4396 or jonathan.orozco@iamthesource.org. Early registration is recommended due to limited availability.
