Smith Construction and The Recycling Club of Sebastian are working together to give away two $500 scholarships for college. If you’re a full-time college student in Florida, this is for you! But hurry because you have to apply by Monday, August 14, 2023.
Here’s How to Apply
If you graduated from Sebastian River High School in 2018 or later, and you’re going to college in Florida full-time (and have finished at least one but not more than three full-time college years), you can apply.
You need to email your application to Scholarship Admin at trcnonreply@aol.com. In your email, include an essay that you typed. In the article, write about how your K-12 education helped you, didn’t help you, and what you would change if you could.
Two students will be picked to get this $500 Smith Construction Scholarship. The winners will be chosen like a lottery from the applications that meet the rules.
After the winners are chosen, they will get an email. Then, within ten days, they must email The Recycling Club Scholarship Admin at trcnonreply@aol.com. They need to send details about their college attendance and the credits they’ve earned, broken down by year.
Once the winners have sent all the needed information, The Recycling Club Scholarship Admin will send the $500 Smith Construction Scholarship money to the college’s financial aid office. Then the college will use it according to their rules.
If you’ve won The Recycling Club Scholarships before, you don’t need to apply again. Also, please only send one application. Applications that aren’t complete won’t be considered.
