Sebastian Gym & Fitness
Sebastian Gym & Fitness features all-new, state of the art cardio equipment, including treadmills, ellipticals, step machines, Arc trainers, and rowers.
The full-service health club offers various classes, including Pound, Zumba, Yoga, spin, kickboxing, H.I.I.T, and step in a spacious team fitness room.
COVID-19 Precautions
Sebastian Gym & Fitness has gone above and beyond to keep its members healthy through the COVID-19 pandemic with an APCO Air Purifier.
Additionally, all members are required to:
- Bring a towel or purchase one to be used on equipment padding
- Clean equipment after each use
- Practice social distancing by only using equipment that is 6 ft away from other members

- Monday – Friday 5:00 am – 9:00 pm
- Saturday 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Sunday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
