SEBASTIAN – Several people already heard about our upcoming Halloween Cruise to the Eastern Caribbean on the Norwegian Getaway, so we wanted to make it official.
We will sail out of Miami (most people plan to carpool) on October 28th thru November 4th with stops to Tortola (British Virgin Islands), St. Thomas (U.S. Virgin Islands), and Nassau (Bahamas).

NCL Getaway is a big cruise ship with 18 decks, 18 restaurants, and up to 22 bars and lounges around the ship.
Traveling with our group is a lot of fun. You’ll never be bored, there are plenty of things to do, and you can always find someone to hang out with you.
Tortola’s cruise excursions include Best of Tortola & Beach; Virgin Gorda and The Baths; Schooner Sailaway & Swim; Ultimate Adventure & Jost Van Dyke; 4×4 Exploration & Beach; Tortola Canopy Tour and Scenic Drive, and many others.
My favorite is the “Escape to Jost Van Dyke.” This 5-hour excursion takes you on a motorized catamaran that takes you to White Bay on Jost Van Dyke. This island is known as “No Shoes Nation” because of its frequent visitor, country music songwriter, and singer Kenny Chesney.
Here you can enjoy the magnificent beaches, relax in a lounge chair, snorkel, or visit the world famous Soggy Dollar Bar – known for their refreshing Painkillers. Then, on the way back to the cruise pier, the catamaran crew supplies you with unlimited fruit or rum punch on the return leg to the cruise pier.
The second stop is St. Thomas where you can rent a jeep, swim at the beach, jet ski, parasail, snorkel, or kick back and sample some rum.
Nassau, Bahamas is one of our favorite stops because there’s always something different to do. The excursions in Nassau include Atlantis Aquaventure & Dolphin Cay Interaction; Balmoral Island Beach Break with Lunch; Dolphin Encounter, Beach Day & Snorkel; Catamaran and Snorkel; First Strike Deep Sea Fishing; and many more.
During this seven day cruise, you’ll be living on a large modern ship that resembles a floating hotel with the most excellent restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. The theater is spectacular with great shows and entertainment each night. There are so many things to do!
