There will be an Introductory Lecture on Transcendental Meditation Techniques at the North Indian River County Library on Monday, November 8, 2021, at 6:00 pm.

The Transcendental Meditation Program for the Treasure Coast is a non-profit organization interested in helping improve health and well-being for the individual and society.

These introductory Lectures on Transcendental Meditation Techniques are offered to the public purely for information.

“When we practice TM, the inner coherence radiates to our environment. This Maharishi Effect has been proven in over 50 studies to reduce crime rates and other negative tendencies in society. I’ve participated in World Peace Projects myself and am now grateful for the opportunity to join hands with others at the Center, as we ride the waves of change—which are undoubtedly bringing about a more beautiful, and heart-centered world,” Transcendental Meditation Instructor Nancy Dudley told Sebastian Daily.

Transcendental Meditation is proven to reduce anxiety, lower blood pressure, strengthen immunity, and improve brain performance. In addition, it is easy to learn and enjoyable to practice.

Please RSVP, if possible, by calling (772) 480-0047.

North IRC Library is located at 1001 Sebastian Blvd, in Sebastian.
