VERO BEACH – The Humane Society of Vero Beach and Indian River County will be hosting a complimentary breakfast workshop on Saturday, December 9, at 9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

This workshop will discuss legislation that impacts Florida’s animals and how your votes will help Florida’s racing greyhounds, pets, and wildlife.

Speaking will be Florida Director Kate MacFall from Humane Society of the United States, and Carey Theil co-founder of the greyhound advocacy organization Grey2KUSA.

“Vote for Florida’s Animals” will be held at the Humane Society, located at 6230 77th St., Vero Beach.
