UPDATE: Michael Rusin has been located!!
SEBASTIAN – Michael Paul Rusin, 17, was last seen Tuesday around 10:00 a.m. from Braddock St. in Sebastian.
Rusin was wearing a LSW Green tank top, white converse sneakers, blue jeans, and a black jacket.
Rusin is a white male with brown hair and blue eyes. He is 5’8 and weights 145 lbs.
Additionally, he has a scar on his right ear and a cross tattoo on his right hand.
