H.A.L.O. No-Kill Rescue will host its 2nd Annual “Spayghetti & No Balls” Festival on Saturday, February 1, 2025 from 11:00 am – 4:00 pm at the Fellsmere Fairgrounds. This family & pet-friendly festival will benefit the non-profit’s spay/neuter fund.
Live music will be provided throughout the day by Purr Box, Sleepin’ Dogz, and the Mighty Flea Circus. And make sure you do not miss the Indian River County Sheriff’s Office (IRCSO) K9 Demo.

A delicious selection of pasta’s prepared by Giuseppe’s Italian Restaurant will be available. If you are not a pasta fan, no worries! An assortment of food trucks will be available to satisfy all of your cravings.
Beer and wine will be available to quench your thirst while perusing the artisanal goods created by craft vendors. They will also have a beer garden for craft beer connoisseurs!
A Kid Zone with fun activities like a bounce house and face painting will be available to entertain the little ones, and there will be plenty of fun activities for our four-legged friends, including a lure course!
