The Jupiter Hammerheads will face the Palm Beach Frozen Iguanas in a special matchup that celebrates baseball history and brings the community together.
Tickets cost $12 if purchased in advance and $15 at the gate. Kids 3 and under get in free. Organizers expect a big crowd, so fans should buy tickets early here. Fans will enjoy a night of baseball, entertainment between innings and a fun game-day atmosphere. Concessions will be available.
The game marks the day in 1947 when Jackie Robinson broke Major League Baseball’s color barrier.
Money raised helps United Way of Indian River County fund free legal aid, disaster recovery, and free tax help for local families. United Way also funds 48 programs at 36 partner agencies that serve 1 in 4 people in the county.
“The Jackie Robinson Training Complex is proud to host this event each year,” said Rachelle Madrigal, Vice President of the Jackie Robinson Training Complex. “It lets us celebrate history and support important work in our community.”
