Seniors: Just Stretch Class at North IRC Library

North IRC Library is offering a Seniors: Just Stretch class on Fridays, from 10:45 am -11:45 am in its large meeting room. 55 and older are welcome!
Take a break and give your body the attention it deserves. A gentle, low impact class focused entirely on flexibility, mobility and relaxation. This class is perfect for all fitness levels and is designed to release tension and improve range of motion.
No experience is required. Just bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing.
