55th Annual Fourth of July Freedom Festival at Riverview Park
The 55th Annual Fourth of July Freedom Festival returns to Sebastian on Saturday, July 4, 2026, lighting up Riverview Park from 8:30 a.m. until approximately 9:45 p.m.
Brought to you by the Sebastian Lions Club, Sebastian Masonic Lodge #232, and the City of Sebastian, this beloved hometown celebration is packed with red, white, and blue pride, family-friendly fun, and the classic community traditions that make the Treasure Coast sparkle on Independence Day.
Festival Schedule
🌟 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Parade – The day kicks off with a spirited procession starting near the Community Center at Davis Street and Central Avenue. Watch as it marches proudly down Indian River Drive and rolls into Riverview Park!
🍺 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Ice-cold beer available at the beer concession (21+).
🌀 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Hula Hoop Contest – Who’s got the best moves? Come show off your skills!
🎸 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Johnny and the Blaze live on stage – crank up the summer vibes with great music.
🍉 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Watermelon Contest – Sweet, sticky, and full of laughs. Bring your competitive spirit!
🎈 3:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. Balloon Toss Contest – Team up and test your coordination in this fan-favorite.
🎤 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Karaoke Contest in the Pavilion with Russ Belt out your best patriotic or crowd-pleasing tunes! Prizes: $50 for 1st place • $20 for 2nd place
🔥 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Chemistry – The Ultimate 80’s Music Experience Crank up the nostalgia with high-energy hits that defined a decade!
🎇 9:00 p.m. – TBD Fireworks Spectacular – The grand finale! A dazzling display over the water to close out a perfect day of freedom and fun.
