VERO BEACH – Joseph C. Hamilton died July 10th, 2018 Vero Beach, Florida.
Joe was born February 12th, 1945 in Rockford, Illinois to Raymond E. Hamilton and Mary Jane Cannell Hamilton.
He married Judith Ann Melzer, January 1964, and they raised their daughters Carrie and Chrissy in Rockford.
In 1986 Joe and Judy moved to Florida, but Joe enjoyed staying in touch with his friends in Rockford, Pecatonica and Winnebago.
Throughout his life Joe had many hobbies: Racing, Cruising, Bird Watching, Fishing and Travelling, visiting his daughters and grandchildren in New York, New Jersey, Illinois, Colorado, California and Europe.
Joe was predeceased by his parents and his siblings John and Shelia Hamilton Ramus.
He is survived by his wife Judy and Daughters and Grandchildren: Dr. Carrie Hamilton, (Dr. Patrick Lenaghan, Miranda, Ian) Chris Svab (Jamie, Anna) and his sisters Anne Rosaire Hamilton and Dr. Mary Jane Hamilton (David Reed).
