SEBASTIAN – Mrs. Elmira Aina Mende, 79, passed away June 21, 2018 in Sebastian, Florida.
After many years of service as a preacher’s wife, missionary, and teacher, she finished out her years on the property her father built in Sebastian.
She enjoyed sharing her faith and helping others.
Survivors include daughters, N. Kirsten Amaral and her husband, Chris Amaral, Tasia Ragsdale and her husband, Dennis Ragsdale, Marisa Garcia and her husband, Gregory Garcia; grandchildren, Kyrie and Kyle Carlson, Rachel De Joode, Brooke Summa, and Aubrey Garcia; and great-grandchildren Sabyr and Max De Joode.
A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 30th at 3:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church Wabasso, where she was a longtime member.
Memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church, Wabasso.
