VERO BEACH – Anngel Frances Cox Stiles Andrews, better known as Frances, entered eternal peace on Jan. 1, 2018, suddenly, but peacefully in her sleep at home. She was born in Fair Oaks, Ind., on June 7, 1930, to parents Bertha Storm Cox and Nobel Cox. Later brothers Leo, Ronnie and Eddie joined the family.
She was raised and lived in Indiana until 1977 when she moved to Vero Beach with her husband, William Andrews.
As a young adult, she joined the skating troupe of Helen Reynolds being a featured skater and doing gymnastic routines while traveling with the troupe. She owned a small private plane with her husband, William, and enjoyed the trips they took. They were active with Central Assembly Church of God. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well.
Survivors include her son, Michael (Sheryl) Stiles; brothers, Ronnie and Leo Cox, of Indianapolis, Ind.; granddaughters, Lynnea Stiles (Justin) Lockwood, of Vero Beach, and Kelly Bates (Jose) Clavijo, of Orlando; grandson, Todd (Summer) Stiles; five great-grandchildren, Kayla and Logan Stiles, Tyler Lockwood, Jeffrey and Christopher Clavijo; and several nieces and nephews of Indianapolis.
She is preceded in death by her husband, William Andrews; parents, Bertha and Noble Cox; brother, Eddie Cox; daughter, A. Michelle Bates; granddaughter, Tammy Bates; and great-grandson, Dakota Stiles.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
