Update: 6 Coronavirus Patients in Sebastian, Florida

The number of Coronavirus cases in Sebastian is now 6, according to health officials. This latest coronavirus update from Sebastian, Florida. Overall, the numbers remain low for a city of our size.

On Friday, Dr. Anthony Fauci lowered the Coronavirus death toll estimate from upward of 240,000 to 60,000, offering some encouragement during the pandemic. Fauci says social distancing and other practices have greatly improved the outlook.

Also, the IRS announced that the stimulus checks are coming next week at a time when most working Americans haven’t seen any income in about a month.

In Sebastian, many people are wearing masks around town, which will help stop the spread of the virus.
