Florida urged to wear masks.

The number of new cases in and around Sebastian are slowing down, but the COVID-19 related deaths in Indian River County and Brevard County are still rising. This is something we need to keep an eye on.

In fact, for the past two days there hasn’t been any new cases in Sebastian, Fellsmere, Micco, Barefoot Bay, or Grant. However, places in Vero Beach are still on the rise.

As we stated in our previous Sebastian newscast, several states where they made masks mandatory witnessed a slowdown in new cases.

The number of COVID-19 related hospitalizations are also dropping statewide in Florida.

You can still live YOUR LIFE and be safe. Please practice social distancing, wash hands regularly, and wear a mask when unable to social distance.
