Latest Health Inspections for June 2022

Most restaurants and bars in Sebastian are passing their state health inspections with fewer violations. But health inspectors did note a couple of businesses, but nothing critical.

Portside Pub & Grill

Portside Pub & Grill only had 9 violations, but most were for basic. On Friday, June 17, 2022, the inspector found that the restaurant’s Division of Hotels and Restaurant license to do business in the state had expired on April 1, 2022.

There are times when restaurants forget to renew their license, a simple oversight. We’ve seen this happen in the past with other restaurants. The inspector usually gives them time to renew.

As for the violations, they had a cooler with fish kept at 46 degrees instead of the required 41 degrees. Another problem was a meat roast, only a few degrees off.

Portside Pub & Grill improved on this last inspection compared to the last one in December.

Domino’s Pizza

Domino’s Pizza did well during its health inspection on Thursday, June 16, 2022, with only 5 basic violations. The inspector found “equipment in poor repair,” caused by a torn gasket on the dough cooler.
