VERO BEACH – The Thunder on the Beach Pow Wow will be February 16th – 18th at the Indian River County Fairgrounds in Vero Beach.
This three-day Vero Beach event will be Friday 3:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m., Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 9:30 p.m., and Sunday 10:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
The Thunder on the Beach Pow Wow will feature dancing, drumming, singing and flute playing. Many acts and an auction will be going on in the arena and the field.
This is a drug-free, no alcohol, family-friendly event.
There will be Native food booths, in addition to buffalo burgers, chicken wings, popcorn, ice cream, fry bread, corn, loaded baked potatoes, and drinks.
Admission Fees
Adults $8.00, Children and Seniors $4.00, children under 5 are free.
RV camping is available for $22.50 per night, Primitive camping free.
The Indian River County Fairgrounds is located at 7955 58th Avenue in Vero Beach, FL 32967.
Directions: I-95 to Vero Beach. Exit East to 58th Avene. Turn left for 6 miles. The Thunder on the Beach Pow Wow is on the left.
