SEBASTIAN – Sebastian Police Department host Coffee with a Cop Monday, August 6 from 8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. at the McDonald’s located at 13395 US Hwy 1 in Sebastian.
Come out and enjoy a cup of coffee with your local law enforcement officers. Coffee with a cop is an excellent opportunity to meet those who serve the community.
Also, the 1st Annual First Responders Fall Cook-Off will be Saturday, September 15th, 2018, from 4:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. at the Indian River County Fairgrounds.
Come out and show your support for our First Responders who protect and serve our County. There will be home-made barbecue, a cook-off contest featuring local first responder departments, libations, drinks, live music from the Ladies OF SOUL, VIP guest cook-off judges, vendors, a corn hole tournament with a cash prize and much more.
The featured cookoff contestants include Sebastian Police Department, Indian River County Fire Rescue, Indian River County Sheriff’s Office, Vero Beach Lifeguard Association, Indian River Shores Public Safety (Police, Fire, EMS), Vero Beach Police Department, and Fellsmere Police Department.
Tickets are $25, and kids under 12-years-old are free. Food and soft drinks are included with your entry. You can purchase a beer ticket for $10. However, you must be at least 21-years-old.
