Sebastian man arrested after showing pornography to woman at lodge.

SEBASTIAN – A woman who was staying at the Pennwood Motor Lodge in Sebastian called police about a man in green shorts showing her pornography on his computer.

The woman said the man appeared to be intoxicated and possibly under the influence of drugs. She said he was also belligerent towards other residents at the lodge, the report said.

The Indian River County Sheriff’s Office made contact with the man, identified as 50-year-old Jacek Robert Kazmierczak.

When a deputy asked Kazmierczak for his identification, he stated, “What the fu** do you need my ID for,” according to the report.

The deputy observed a strong odor of alcohol coming from Kazmierczak’s breath. Kazmierczak then walked away from the deputy and towards the woman and began to yell at her.

Kazmierczak was pushed back by the deputy to keep his distance from the woman.

“Push me again and see what the fu** happens,” Kazmierczak told the deputy, according to the report. The deputy asked him to calm down.

Kazmierczak then walked towards his room and stated he was going to retrieve his ID. The deputy asked him not to enter the room.

Two deputies asked Kazmierczak several times to place his hands behind his back, at which point he resisted and was escorted to the ground.

During the struggle, Kazmierczak was holding a pocket knife in another hand as deputies asked him to place his hands behind his back.

Kazmierczak was arrested and transported to the Indian River County Jail where he was charged with disorderly intoxication and resisting arrest.
