Police warn residents to lock their vehicles in Vero Beach following a spree of burglaries.

VERO BEACH – Officers with the Vero Beach Police Department responded to several reports of vehicle burglaries Tuesday morning in areas of E. Camino Del Rio and Tulip Lane.

“All burglaries appeared to have occurred overnight to unlocked vehicles,” the VBPD said in a statement.

Police advise everyone to lock their vehicles and not to leave any valuables in or out of sight.

Residents who live in the area of South Beach/E Causeway Blvd. should check their vehicles to make sure nothing was tampered with.
