Sebastian Police Department Needs Assistance in Burglary/Fraud Investigation

The Sebastian Police Department is asking for assistance with an auto burglary/fraud investigation. The victim in this investigation used her Facebook page to warn her friends.

The man authorities are looking for allegedly smashed her car windows and stole her purse as she carried her 3-year-old daughter into Bark Avenue to purchase dog food in broad daylight.

“6 mins, that’s all it took, 6 MINS!!! So far, he’s purchased a $500 pre-paid Visa card, wrote a $3,200 check, and tossed my purse out along the railroad tracks!! Lesson learned the hard way for me, but I hope everyone this reaches takes heed,” the victim posted.

“6 MINS, this “man” was lurking around & waiting for someone to feel comfortable in their surroundings!! I’ve lived here my whole life; I trust way more than I should,” the victim added.
