The Palm Bay Police Department is asking the public for help in assisting in a case involving a brutally beaten 19-year-old Melbourne teen.
On Tuesday, December 31st, 2019, at about 8:00 am, officers responded to the area of Wingham Drive in reference to an unresponsive man lying in the road.
Due to the significance of his injuries, the male was transported to a local hospital by Life Flight. The male has since been identified as Brennan Navarre, 19, of Melbourne.
Navarre has not been able to speak with detectives because of his medical status. At this point in the investigation, it is unknown what happened to cause his injuries. Police are trying to find out who may have been involved and where the incident occurred.
