PALM HARBOR – A 32-year-old Florida woman was arrested on a stalking charge after she allegedly sent naked photos of her ex-husband to his employer and parents.
Eva Gaitan sent the naked images to her ex-husband’s parents and workplace through the mail. The package was labeled “Requires Immediate Attention.”
Gaitan was arrested at the home she once shared with her ex-husband. The couple divorced in February, according to court records.
Police say Gaitan obtained the explicit photos from her ex-husband’s flash drive. She confessed to investigators and said she sent the images through the mail.
Gaitan has pleaded not guilty and is being held in the Pinellas County jail in lieu of $1000 bond. A judge has ordered her to have no contact with her ex-husband.
